PHNOM PENH - On August 25th, a fire broke out at the Juliana Phnom Penh Hotel in Cambodia.
According to the latest reports, the fire has damaged the restaurant and front office completely and nearby rooms, the electrical system, telephone and internet systems have also been seriously damaged. Our office in Phnom Penh reported that there have been no casualties and that all customers have been moved to the nearby Cambodiana Hotel at no additional charge. Customers who have confirmed reservations for the month of September will be automatically re-booked to the Cambodiana Hotel.
The hotel has stated that renovation work to the front office and restaurant will take place throughout the month of September. The Juliana Phnom Penh Hotel states that it aims to re-open again on the 1st October.
