Samdech Techo and Her Excellency Dr. Visit the Blind, Deaf and Mute Students

A visit and donation distribution to the blind, deaf and mute students, which totally consist of 462 persons, of whom 363 are children and 99 instructors in Phnom Penh Thmey School in Chbar Ampov and ASPEKA orgwas organized highly presided over by Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Premiere of the Kingdom of Cambodia and Her Excellency Dr. BUN Rany Hun Sen, President of Cambodian Red Cross, on 6th January 2011 in the campus of Phnom Penh Thmey Blind, Deaf and Mute Children School.

On that occasion, H.E Dr. cited the numbers of children and instructors from Krosa Thmey Phnom Penh Thmey (145 children and 45 instructors, Krosa Thmey Chba Ampov (168 children, 49 instructor), and Espeka Org provided the schooling for the poor and orphans student (50 orphans and poor children, 5 instructors).

Samdech Techo Prime Minister talked to children and thanks Phnom Penh Capital Hall, led by H.E Governor KEP Chuk Tema, for efforts to provide on time supports and opportunities to children through this center and for arranging public order for the sake of public welfare and requests Phnom Penh Capita Hall to fill up the pond in this center in order to make volley ball court.

Dig 2 pumping wells to save clean water utilities and fill up other 2 ponds and make a smooth surface between this center and ESPEKA Org and install 200 m sewage system.With heartfelt affection, Samdech and Her Excellency brought donations for 363 children, each receives 1 pen, 2 note books and 100 Thousand Riels, and for 99 instructors, each receives 200 Thousand Riels. Each of 3 centers receives 2 tons of rice, 50 cases of instant noodle, 10 dozens of can fishes, 100 Kg of sugar, 5 Kg of seasoning and 2 Million Riel.

Samdech has also stressed that in order to support the living standard of orphans, Samdech donated 3 Million Riels and 1 ton of rice every month. Lunch party was thrown by Cambodian Red Cross for the deaf, dumb, disable, poor and orphans with the most intimate addressing by Samdech Prime Minister and Lork Chom Teav, with participation from H.E Governor KEP Chuk Tema and many other Excellency, Ladies and Gentleman .
