Chief Bank chairman and founder Zhou Song Xie said the inauguration yesterday of the bank’s first building in Cambodia will increase its determination to work to improve the lives of its customers.
“Chief is determined to work for the greater good of our customers, our employees and the society. We work to build mutual trust and partnerships with our customers with ethical business conduct.
“We treasure this opportunity to operate our banking business in Cambodia. We always think of integrity ahead of profit, long-term relationship over short-term incentive,” he said.
The chairman said after three years operating as a specialised bank, Chief has a wide loan portfolio and many valuable customers in the Kingdom.
Chief received its commercial license this year, the 40th such license granted by the National Bank of Cambodia.
The bank said it intends to provide a wide range of financial products as well as efficient and innovative services to take advantage of the country’s rapid economic growth.
