Cambodia’s Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Lok Chumteav Men Sam An, Minister of Senate-National Assembly Relations and Inspection, presides over here the closing ceremony of the annual meeting to review the cultural works in 2012 and set up new goals for 2013 of the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts on Jan. 23.
