Cambodia Securities Exchange (CSX) is expecting membership of two companies, according to local media report.
The source citing Director General of Securities and Exchange Commission of Cambodia (SECC) H.E. Sou Socheat sharing the update recently.
The two are a Malaysian-owned Pestech (Cambodia) Ltd. and ACLEDA Bank’s shareholder, ASA Plc.
It is expected that the membership of the two firms will further promote the role of Cambodia Securities Exchange – one of the youngest in the region.
Excluding the two companies, CSX has so far listed five firms: Phnom Penh Water Supply Authority (PPWSA), Phnom Penh Autonomous Port (PPAP), Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (SAP), Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone (PPSEZ), and Grand-Twins International (GTI).
