Smart to help students finance higher education

Smart Axiata, a leading mobile telecommunication company in Cambodia, will make 20 scholarships available to excelling students this year to help them finance a university education.

The scholarships will cover school fees and living expenses and will be worth up to $15,000, Smart announced yesterday during the programme’s official launch.

The SmartEdu Scholarship Programme is aimed at students that earned good grades throughout high-school but lack the funds to attend their university of choice.
