The fun-filled festival features traditional German bites, a wide selection of German beers including the limited edition Löwenbräu Oktoberfestbier, which is the highlight in the Lowenbrau tent at the annual Munich Oktoberfest celebration in Germany, as well as all-night dancing and laughter against the panoramic backdrop of Victoria Harbour. The German Bierfest also brings guests traditional tunes and entertaining antics by the musical group from Germany, The Notenhobler. The band wears original Oberkrainer clothes, singing traditional tunes and hearty folk music, and performing popular games such as the “Alphorn-blowing contest”, “Chicken Dance”, and various drinking competitions from 7:30pm every night.
