SHANGHAI, 18 November 2014: The 12th Shanghai World Travel Fair, 7 to 10 May 2015, will extend to four days and be 25% bigger than previous fairs, the organisers announced earlier this week.
The 2014 show attracted 570 exhibitors from more than 50 countries with a turnout of 10,000 professional visitors and close to 40,000 consumers.
Focusing solely on the Chinese outbound tourism market the fair covers all important destinations and tourism segments (leisure, luxury, MICE, health) and is linked to a series of associated events, conferences, and special marketing incentives for new travel products.
