Cloudbeds has partnered with Ctrip to give travelers more hospitality options. Cloudbeds has fully integrated their channel manager myallocator with Ctrip--China’s leading online travel agency.
Ctrip.com International Ltd. is a leading travel service provider of accommodation reservation, transportation ticketing, packaged tours, and corporate travel management in China. Ctrip has experienced substantial growth since its inception in 1999 and has become one of the best-known travel brands in China. It is the largest consolidator of hotel and other accommodations and transportation tickets in China in terms of the volume of the transactions booked by the end customers. Ctrip offers its services through an advanced transaction and service platform consisting of its mobile apps, Internet websites and centralized toll-free, 24-hour customer service center. By integrating with Ctrip, myallocator by Cloudbeds helps give Chinese travelers greater access to new hotels previously unavailable on the website.
“We're thrilled to partner with Cloudbeds and complete integration with their channel manager, myallocator,” says Maria Sun, Executive Vice President and CEO of Hotel Business Unit, Ctrip. “Myallocator powers the channel management of thousands of hotels, hostels, and B&Bs in North and South America. Ctrip.com is serious about our expansion into these regions. We believe this partnership will broaden the travel destinations available on Ctrip.com, making our product more valuable to consumers.”
Myallocator by Cloudbeds powers inventory deliverability for thousands of hotels, hostels, and B&Bs in over 100 countries across the globe. With over 300 integrated marketing channels, it has more than any other channel manager on the market. This gives hoteliers the freedom to list their inventory with previously unknown online marketplaces.
Myallocator is part of Cloudbeds’ suite of hospitality management software. It includes myfrontdesk, a property management system, and mybookings, a commission-free booking engine.
“We’re thrilled to give our hotel customers access to China’s leading travel agency, Ctrip,” said Adam Harris, CEO of Cloudbeds. “China is a booming travel market with over 100 million travelers each year. We’re excited to give chinese travelers more travel options with this partnership.”
Independent hoteliers have had a hard time listing their vacant inventory with OTAs. Each OTA has it’s own set of hurdles to leap through to get connected. This has led to an environment where franchises and large groups have dominated OTA listings.
Cloudbeds created their channel manager myallocator to make it easier to connect to online marketplaces. Myallocator saves hoteliers time and money by eliminating the need for technical know-how to get listed. It helps hoteliers list their rooms on as many OTAs as they wish with the push of a button. Plus, it exposes their rooms to new marketplaces hoteliers might not have known existed.
