Courtyard by Marriott Gurgaon hosts Kids Master Class finale

NEW DELHI - Courtyard by Marriott Gurgaon recently hosted the Kids Master Class finale. The kids enthusiastically participated in the cook off contest which was the culmination of the month-long master class conducted by Executive Chef Amit Dash along with his team.

The group was divided into 5 teams comprising of 2 kids each and had to prepare a main course dish along with a dessert. In all, 10 recipes were prepared out of 30 recipes which were demonstrated to the kids throughout the month.

Kids between the age group of 8-15 years learned to cook their favourite food this summer and explored their hidden talent with the choicest signature recipes. Each class was a fun-filled experience followed by an elaborate buffet lunch put together by Chef Amit to add to the zing!

During the finale, every participant received a personalized apron along with a recipe card binder. The kids dished out mouth-watering dishes for which the judges had a tough choice to make. The winning team was team Ginger who prepared Lettuce and Parmesan Salad and Chocolate cupcakes which were a big hit amongst the judges. The ecstatic winners, Sakshi and Akhil received a complimentary weekend getaway at the hotel.
