The highly-anticipated search for Asia’s top startups culminates with Echelon Thailand’s Startup Launchpad pitching segment and showcase arena. After almost 100 submissions, the e27 team and the Echelon Thailand 2015 Advisory Committee have shortlisted the Top 15 startups who will pitch their products and services in a closed-door session on the first day to further shortlist the Top 5. The Top 5 will then pitch on the main stage on Day 2 in front of a panel of judges as there can only be one winner. The ultimate winner will be crowned Most Promising Startup and will walk away with a prize from Microsoft worth over US$120,000.
Tech Alley returns as a conference mainstay, but this time with 67 startups and top technology firms showcasing their innovations to delegates - forming sustainable partnerships, generating leads, securing scaling opportunities and getting first hand insight into the latest technology trends.
With over 25 per cent of participating startups in 2014 achieving funding success after the conference, e27 is working towards a goal of 50 per cent this year. To top it off, e27 aims to bring people together through structured networking sessions at Echelon Thailand. Selected startups will be given opportunities to pitch and raise funds from attending investors, scout for new talent and form partnerships with other entrepreneurs in attendance. At the same time, investors can seek their next venture, get macro-level insights from our speakers and build their funding portfolios.
Echelon is Asia’s premier technology and business conference that celebrates the startup industry and its changemakers. It is organised to convene the region’s tech space, investors and influencers to discuss Asia’s emerging trends and ascend to a higher value proposition.
