Centara Mirage hires EAM F&B

PATTAYA Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya has appointed Mario Mendis as executive assistant manager for F&B.

An Australian national, Mendis graduated from eCornell University, and has more than 10 years of experience in the food and beverage field.

He has worked for leading hotels including Habtoor Hotels Dubai, Swissotel Nai Lert Park Bangkok and Amari Hua Hin.

Mario Mendis Prior to joining Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya, he was director of food and beverage and recreations at Pullman Danang Beach Resort Vietnam.
