SAN FRANCISCO, April 21 — Microsoft’s gaming division Xbox is to present its annual E3 Briefing tomorrow, June 10 from 1pm PDT at the Microsoft Theater, near to the Los Angeles Convention Centre where the Electronic Entertainment Expo is held.

The Xbox E3 2018 Briefing will contain “in-depth looks at previously-announced games” as well as “trailers for unannounced titles coming in 2018 and beyond,” according to the console manufacturer.

A 1pm start time for the E3 2018 Xbox Media Briefing corresponds to 4pm EDT, 8pm UTC, 9pm UK, 10pm Central Europe and South Africa, then 1.30am on June 11 Indian Standard Time, 4am Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Beijing, China, 5am Japan and South Korea, and 6am Sydney, Australia.

Xbox is not yet specifying which games those will be, though after post-apocalyptic State of Decay 2 arrives in May, urban action game Crackdown 3 will be one of its bigger exclusives for the remainder of the year; Below and Ashen are among smaller-studio productions with timed Xbox exclusivity.

Video game expo E3 is one of the industry’s most significant annual events, with Sony’s PlayStation, Microsoft’s Xbox, and a clutch of big third-party publishers unfurling release schedules and project reveals for the months and years to come.

While media briefings have traditionally taken place early in the week before E3 opens its doors, in recent years there has been a movement towards weekend presentations.
