Vietnam’s cultural and tourism week will be held in Pusan, the Republic of Korea (RoK) from August 25-29.
The event, organised by the International Cooperation Department under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, aims to strengthen cultural exchange and promote Vietnam’s tourism industry in RoK.
Under the framework of the week, a seminar introducing the potential of Vietnam’s tourism industry, along with many exhibitions showcasing Vietnam’s culture, arts, handicrafts, clothing and food, will be held. There will also be a voting campaign to try and get Halong Bay of Vietnam and Jeju Island of the RoK to be included on the Seven Wonders of the World list.
Additionally, artists from Vietnam Song, Dance and Music Theatre will give special performances to introduce Vietnam’s traditional music to Korean people.
