Hotel H2O selects Amadeus Property Management System

Brand new independent hotel by Manila Bay selects seamless and state-of-the-art management system

Hotel H2O and Amadeus, a leading travel technology partner and transaction processor for the global travel and tourism industry, have partnered to put into operation the Amadeus Property Management System (PMS), a hotel IT solution designed to account for hotel guests at every touch point. Implementing the Amadeus PMS is Courtesy Point Technologies, Inc., a local partner that specialises in providing IT solutions and services to the growing leisure industry.

The Amadeus PMS was developed to administer the seamless management of hotels' room inventory, and audit, , customer relations as well as invoicing and billing. It features an inter-hotel communication capability for hotel chains, an email confirmation facility and a link to the Amadeus Global Distribution System (GDS). The Amadeus PMS is also being utilized locally by Club Balai Isabel and Anvaya Cove, and is the primary property management system being taught at Enderun Colleges, Philippines.
