(Forimmediaterelease.net) Frankfurt Airport’s popularity with passengers keeps increasing. According to a recent study, Germany’s largest aviation hub now ranks among the “Service Champions,” collecting silver for second place in terms of service quality among all German airports with nine million passengers or more a year.
“Service Champions” is Germany’s largest customer satisfaction index, based on close to a million customer evaluations of more than a thousand companies in about 100 industries. The rankings are created jointly by the ServiceValue market research company, Goethe University in Frankfurt, and the daily newspaper Die Welt.
This accolade as a “Service Champion” is a great success for Frankfurt Airport – while providing an incentive for it to try even harder. Two years ago, the airport launched its “Great to have you here!” service program, which has introduced a host of improvements to make it faster, more convenient, and more comfortable for passengers to depart and transfer there.
