Day 1: Arrival Siem Reap

Upon arrival in Siem Reap – meet with guide for transfer to hotel.  The rest of the day is free at leisure. Overnight Siem Reap

Day 2: South Gate of Angkor Thom and Angkor Wat

Morning, tour to South Gate of Angkor Thom, Bayon, Baphoun, Terrace of the Elephants and Terrace of the Leper King. Afternoon visit the World Seventh Wonder of Angkor Wat and view sunset at Angkor Wat. Overnight Siem Reap. {B}

Day 3: Cooking Class at Angkor Village and Floating Village

Angkor Village offers a wide variety of menus for cooking classes. The four-hour class features three food items which can be selected out of two standard menus or a vegetarian menu.

The course will start with a visit to the local “Old Market” of Siem Reap accompanied by the Chef who will explain you about the rice and how to choose seasoning products. You will have enough time to walk around and take picture and watch vendors selling their products.

The Chef will present a cooking demonstration of the dishes that will be prepared. Every participant will receive a booklet with the recipes of the day. Assisted by the Chef the participants will learn and experience the preparation of three traditional Khmer dishes.

During lunch time the participants can taste and enjoy their own culinary creation in a traditional Khmer setting at L’Auberge des Temples restaurant of Angkor Village Hotel.  Afternoon tour to floating village and boat trip on Tonle Sap Great Lake. Overnight Siem Reap. {B}

Day 4: Siem Reap Departure

Free at your own leisure until transfer to airport for flight departure. {B}
