The new Cambodia e-Arrival Card!

In order to make the process easier and faster for your arrival into the Kingdom of Cambodia, the General Department of Immigration has developed a new system for all travelers to prepare and submit all necessary documents in advance.

The new digital form includes the Electronic Visa On Arrival, Immigration Form, Health Declaration and Custom Declaration.

The app process comprises of the following steps:

1. Registration: Travelers register by taking a photo and uploading their passport information.

2. Complete e-Arrival Card: This replaces the old paper immigration, health and customs declaration forms.

3. QR Code: After completing their application, a QR code will be generated. Travelers should save this QR code on their phones or present a printout to be submitted to immigration.

If travellers fail to go through the process, tablets will be provided at immigration so that visitors can go through the process.

1- Do I need an internet connection to use the e-Arrival??

Yes, you need to have an active connection in order to submit the e-Arrival Card.

2- Can I print my e-Arrival QR code instead of screenshot?

Yes. You may print your e-Arrival QR code as well.

3- Do I need to pay to update or register with the e-Arrival?

No, it is completely free for all travelers to fill in the e-Arrival Card by the official website or mobile application.

4- When can I submit the e-Arrival Card?

All travelers are required to fill in the e-Arrival Card even if they have been granted VISA.

5- I made a mistake. Can I still edit my information after I have successfully registered?

Yes, you may edit your information and resubmit your e-Arrival Card as long as you have not been processed by Immigration Officers.

6- Do I need to fill in the e-Arrival Card if I already have a VISA?

The e-Arrival Card is a new system designed to make the process easier for your arrival to the Kingdom of Cambodia. It replaces the paper Immigration Form, Health Form and Customs Declaration by providing a single portal.
